Hi, I’m Don.
I’m building AI doctors at Nolla Health, where I’m COO and part of the founding team. I’m interested in using AI to bring better healthcare to more people, and the policies that will shape the future of medicine.
I’m from Texas and split my time between New York and Houston. Before Nolla, I led healthcare and technology projects at BCG and worked on monetization strategy at TikTok. I also invest in early-stage companies through Marble Creek Ventures.
My parents were Vietnam War refugees. My nonprofit work focuses on education for women and children in developing countries, through Mona Foundation and Sunflower Mission.

I’m a soccer player, runner, scuba diver, and boxer, and I’m passionate about health and wellness.
I’ve played violin since I was four, and picked up guitar and piano along the way.
I’ll defend Houston’s food scene against any city. I eat more soup than anyone you know; I appreciate a good soup from any culture - it's the universal food.
